Hello! I go by Rosie. I’m an early 30s queer woman making a homebrew, ’90s Neocities-esque website for all my interests and hobbies. I started this blog because I missed when the internet felt more personal, a little messier, and full of people sharing pieces of their lives just because they wanted to.
I work as a data scientist by trade, though these days I’m in a more research-oriented role than a corporate one. Something still has to support our cat’s extremely ambitious lifestyle. My wife and I live in the gayborhood of Memphis,TN with our son, Risky, our cat, who enjoys a level of comfort and luxury that he has done absolutely nothing to earn.
Lately my life has been filled with recipe experiments, making tiny adjustments to my purple steel single-speed bike, personal finance, recreational tennis, travel, and trying to be creative again.
Between life here with my wife, our spoiled son, and my complete inability to process time correctly since 2020, we’re figuring it out as we go. Who knows where the next adventure will take us?
